Red Pepper Hummus in 2 simple steps

We love adding Red Pepper Hummus to our Crunchbox. We love super simple recipes and this one is a winner!
Ingredients:
🌶️ Roasted Red Peppers
🌰 A can of Chickpeas
🧄 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
🍋 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
🌿 2 tablespoons Olive or Grapeseed Oil
💫 2 tablespoons Tahini (optional)
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Roast the red peppers and rinse the chickpeas.
2. In your blender or food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until your hummus is as smooth as you like. Add more oil if needed.
Use it as a dip for veggie sticks, whole wheat crackers, or use it in your favourite veggie wraps.
